Lads I'm doing some work on my motherboard, and I needed

Lads I'm doing some work on my motherboard, and I needed to take of the heatsink for what I'm assuming are the MOSFETs. I found that the thermal compound was some sort of sticky tape, but I ripped it off. I know I need to replace that thermal material but I don't know what it's called or where to get it. Help lads, I'll provide pics if necessary

They're called thermal pads, they come in a sheet that you cut up and stick onto the area.
