Just recalibrate the gyros you numpty. It's doing that because it thinks the ground is perpendicular to where it actually is.
If that doesn't work it's because you crashed it into the ground while inverted, so you're not getting a refund for your spastic incompetence. Check the props spin freely and aren't catching against the guards/body, If the slow moving one is still stiff then lift it up slightly on the shaft until it moves freely.
