Wasn't actually the GPU, haven't cleaned my case for a while. And while the actual innards of it was pretty much fine, the front filter had a lot of dust that needed cleaning out.
That and my room is literally a furnace with a mediocre window A/C unit while the rest of the house has no A/C to speak of.
