I thought LTT actually tested this and both the ammount of fans past 3 and the positioning was almost worthless for CPU and GPU temps???????

Take a look at this pic. Every arrow is a fan (possibly 2 on top [120 or 140mm]).
If I set up a negative pressure system like this, WHAT DIRECTION SHOULD THE EVO212 FACE?
Up/Down? Left/Right?
What if the top 2 fans blow inwards; making positive airflow? Any difference in heatsink direction?

Don't bother with positive/negative airflow. Just get good airflow.
Your case is nowhere near airtight and no matter how many fans you have, it will hardly shift the case from positive to negative pressure.

Side panels with holes mess up the linear airflow, it also makes the panel side weaker, more noisy and having a fan with it's cable attached makes it into a cable management fuck up.
