I installed Android 6.0.1 custom rom (because android phone makers are shit at updates). I noticed camera focusing when not in use, sometimes even when the screen is off. Is the rom maker or google spying on me?

yea marshmallow isn't worth it. I agree with the other comment, if it works fine don't update it. I had to revert after finding the camera kept crashing as well, also it wouldn't register a prl update so no LTE either.
