I liked the old Opera, but I couldn't get into Vivaldi. It was kinda slow, and the UI was bugged in some places.
I consider it a Chrome clone but with the UI written in JavaScript.

It's essentially a fullscreened Chromium web app. It's nothing but a meme. They've got the right idea for a feature set but they're implemented so poorly it negates any pros the browser has.

I just got Vivaldi today and I'm actually liking it a lot. There are some quirks with the interface, like a slight delay to create a new window via Ctrl+N, and you can't drop and drop tabs between windows. But I love the look of the interface, as well as tab stacks. I'm might just switch (from Chrome).
