I bought a 2nd Gen Moto E from Walmart recently on sale for like 20$, been using it as a backup mobile device (with wifi) and as a dedicated mp3 player along with GBA emulation.
It's a pretty good little phone. Been super smooth, no lag, was worth it. The front facing camera is the absolute biggest piece of shit I've ever seen in my entire life though.
