It's a harsh testament to the truths that folks at NAACP fight against. He was just a bit annoyed or frustrated by both sides of the political argument. In the case of the side against the police, he was speaking to the most outspoken group, NAACP, and was not beleaguered to refrain from using the most direct notion he could employ to get them to see that. He knew they weren't going to respond. He knew what lay ahead of him. Since he knew all this, he addressed it as his final testimony on the matter, that both sides are wrong and what little sanctuary either side could provide was now moot, though who wants to die? So maybe he could poke hard enough and get the proper channels to focus on his message and that from there the whole thing could unwind much like the scandals with Trayvon and the guy that choked did. With more and more evidence being demanded. Possibly because anyone with half a brain for systems and a regular human lifestyle would be able to piece out a possible motive.
He was also kind of being an asshole at them because he was drunk. The only part I think is asshole-ish there is where he says I'm white and rich, as if the NAACP seeks out that kind of validation. Which would speak volumes about their candor but that is only pertinent in the matter because it applies to his motivations on speaking up so publicly.
