The real question is: what's the point of using anything GTK-based in 2016? Now that there are no licensing issues with a far superior framework Qt is, GTK is finally dying. Even Torvalds, a known C++ hater, switched his Subsurface project to Qt because he couldn't suffer that steaming pile of shit GTK is.

Constantly crashes when making mpv fullscreen, doing graphics programming and making a window fullscreen at the screen resolution makes it crash randomly as well.

i use it because it plays nice with nvidias horible vsync on blob drivers. I tried using compiz with other DEs and couldnt reproduce how well it works with unity.
