I can assure you it will be slightly lower if you look at the Nano and new architecture gains + FinFETs
It has been confirmed that RX480 will be 95W TDP card with performance a little under 980ti while it can still be overclocked by 80% - some leaks proved it to be 2500MHz stable clock on reference cooling. All of this for 199$ and with working DX12 support. Anyone who buy Nvidia this generation is blind fanboy.
