Hello, im trying to update my windows to windows 10, but there are some problems. At first when im using upgrade assistant it stucks at 99% and i need to reset this, then when I reset this app its working but stucking at this moment (pic). So I have 2 questions. What can I do for this and do I need to have updated windows to install windows 10?
