Don't know anything about it in particular, but it's probably worthless.
The gmail address is unprofessional. I wouldn't trust anyone who can't manage to set up their own email server to teach me about technology.

Gmail offers custom domain names, half of the companies you are using probably don't set up their own email. That being said, why freecst doesn't do the same is beyond me.
