I have an Iphone 4s that never charges to 100%, it goes to 65% to 0% in a few hours or minutes. I have changed the batery twice with new ones and that doesn't even chage. Did you have a problem similar to this? What is the solution to this problem?

It's probably because you are in another country and the outlet holes are different than in America

what do you mean 'you' changed the battery? and it still doesn't charge to 100%?
i don't know man, i still use the same 4s i've had since early 2012 as my phone/mp3 player without any problems. the only thing i changed was i stopped updating after ios 7 to keep it as lag free as possible and no problems. i never even used a case for it and it's hardly scratched/no cracks or dents on it.
