Apple is evil and needs to die, these bastards have lobbyists who are working to make it illegal for anyone but them to repair their products you bought.
You bought that laptop off them but you really don't own it, they want it to be illegal for anyone but them to fix your machine.

Certain companies, like Apple, refuse to release any information on how their computers are put together or provide replacement parts. The companies believe that this should be illegal for several bullshit arguments, but what it comes down to is that these companies don't want you to repair your machines and make them last - they want you to buy a new one.
As it stands, companies are currently fighting their hardest to ensure that your property, the machines you bought from them, are not actually yours. You can't do with them what you wish.

They tried to console ban me when i told xbox live support that the 360 i have is cobbled from 4 other 360s. And 12v fan modded.
