What is objectively the best laptop size?
13
12 or 14

the smaller the better, you are going for portability on a laptop because you can easily hook it up to a full HD big ass monitor.
>>55029945
Surfing: 13"
Productive work: 15"
Depends on your setup and what you do.
For me it's either:
1. <=13" laptop with >=27" desktop+monitor setup
2. Just a 15" laptop
13 and below is fine for light/casual stuff but I'd go nuts if I had to do work with it. Gotta have a decently sized screen to be productive.

17" because I am not a woman or a manlet.
>>55029945
13 if you're a manlet, 15 if you're a normal person.

Probably 13". Legit keyboard that even somebody with big hands can use, but still portable. Less than that is too small, and anything over 15" is a pain in the ass to carry around.
14.1"
<12" = portable but can't get anything done, and usually comes with a bum ass processor and cramped keyboard
>15" = way too big, just get a desktop
14 inch is the perfect inbetween
14
anywhere from 12 to 14 works for me
>>55029965
This.
It's subjective
14" 3:2 is objectively best.
I would love a dell xps with a 14'' screen, so the size is like a 13'' laptop, and 3200x1800 resolution
windows at 200% scaling works just fine

12 or 13"
>>55029945
15"
12.1 inches
It's portable enough to carry around and large enough to use all day if you're so inclined.
14 inches if you want a desktop replacement.
I don't know why you would want anything bigger.
11 for web browsing, 14 - 15 for programming.
one that fits comfortably on my lap.
Exactly 1'

This fampai, an extra kilo or two is nothing unless you're a manlet
>>55029956
Apple lol
Depends.
I have gone through everything from 8,9" through 17".
For portability and productivity minimum 12" prefferebly 13". As a desktop replacement, anything 15" and above.

>desktop replacement
the very thought is repugnant
Got '15 for main machine its good and does everything
But i cant carry that arround cuz heavy af. Wish i had a '11
>>55029945
14"
Or that Dell 15" with super thin bezels.
Reason: still fits in a small backpack.
>>55031079
This.
Display size is not the same as laptop size. Bezel sizes differ. The width/height of my T420 is fine (way too thick though). It has a 14 inch display but if the bezels were smaller or non-existent it could fit 15 or even 16 inches.
20+

b-but anon, I'm a manlet with a 15 laptop :(
To those not specifying aspect ratio or resolution: kill yourself.
14.1"
>>55031167
it's not fucking relevant in this context, that's down to personal preference
>>55029945
4:3 12.1", but 16:10 is acceptable
