Hello all. I have a 160g ipod classic gen 5. i have about 80 or 90 gb of music on my ipod. but it says there is no music. when you highlight settings, it says 53.2g free of 160g. but when you highlight music it says no music. Anybody know whats goin on?

Upgrade to an Android phone instead. The 16GB
zte warp elite is ~$100 and a 128GB microsd card is ~$30. You'll be glad in the long run. Samsung is days away from releasing a 256GB microsd card and is rumoured to already be working on a 320GB one.

the hard drive might be bad. resin and see if it still has that problem, if it does you have a bad drive and ned a new one.

The database in the ipod got fucked up somehow. Probably some problem while syncing or harddrive is dying.
