What are some laptops with a full voltage cpu?
The Razer Blade and XPS 15 are the only ones that I have been able to find.

Custom laptop builders like Clevo, Eurocom and Sager let you put full desktop CPUs in if you want.

OP hasn't said, I think what he means is a laptop that doesn't throttle and maintains "consistent voltage" or full power to the CPU.
