So I have a 'User' account on my Win7 computer, and
Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

So I have a 'User' account on my Win7 computer, and I want to prevent the User from being able to access Firefox in 'safe mode' to disable certain addons, etc.

At the moment, all the user has to do is hold Shift and left click on the Firefox icon to get into safe mode.

Can't find information anywhere on how to do this.

Disable safe mode in source code and recompile the binaries yourself.
