i'm trying to display my desktop on several "smart" tvs.

miracast doesn't work since its 1:1 so i setup OBS + wowza + wamp as a livestreaming server but the damn "smart" tv doesn't have flash

any ideas how to fix this problem?
also, im stuck to doing this on a windows pc

set up a vnc server and make all ur tvs connect as clients, as long as you keep it within the home network there shouldn't be any display lag

ok, i've just set up a vnc server on my machine. i understand that its a client/server kind of software so i'd need a vnc viewer on those smart TVs

my question is, how do i get those TVs to connect? all of this being done locally btw

Get an HDMI replicator. They're pretty cheap

thought about this too but using it along with extenders because distances are a bit far.

i just read about someone using VNC and join.me but i didnt get how it worked, so im reading it again

dunno about the smart tvs, never used one. I assumed you had a desktop connected to the pcs or something than you could run the client software on

smart tvs are just your regular tvs with IP, wifi, and web browser that can never ever have flash player,

i was looking up a similar setup as well, a mini computer that can run client software. i've read about this intel compute stick and looks like its a mini-pc far as i understood it

i'll be looking up some more later

yeah those pcs on a stick will probably do the job for you, i would personally recommend a singleboard pc just because it offers more uses if needed, but it all depends on how 'tech-savy' you are with computers.

the only reason i'm going through all this is because smart tvs dont have flash, with those PCs on a stick, i could definitely stream directly instead of putting it up in the wowza and wamp servers.

i'll be testing DLNA tomorrow and see if it works, if not, i'll be comparing prices for HDMI splitter and extender against PC on a stick

thanks for the insights guys, good night
