I finally did it. My 3D-printed lug adapter prototypes came in and fit almost perfectly. I will make a few adjustments before looking for a place to get stainless steel pieces fabricated/printed.

That looks absolutely atrocious, in almost every way. Geometry looks wrong, measurements look wrong. You got the strap interface correct though.
Get the .dwg correct, or don't bother, because the result will be incorrect. You need sloping, radial recesses of some kind on the non-visible "shoulders" of that adapter.

Materially, its not shit. Sure, skeleton is hit or miss af design wise, but I think it does what it does well. Brooklyn is a rather new company so I am wary there, but it seems legit. Can you give me an example of a skeleton done right in the 100-300 range?
