How(Or I should be asking "where") do you learn these languages like APL? Just google and shit?
Also, it seems like there's a lot of advanced algebra implemented, how good do you have to be at algebra/calculus?

on esolangs? no, never learned any nor understand why you'd want to learn it. I'm sure you could find some manuals tho.

nah, it does see some commercial use, check out K and Q as well which are based on APL
