I once had to do an assignment that was a rolling dice game.
You roll a dice or choose to hold, whatever number it is, is how many points you get. Roll a 1, it's the computers turn. If the computer rolls a 1, or 20 points consecutively, it holds.
Do this till someone gets a 100 points.
