Is this good internet? I always lag playing Xbox but other websites say this is a good speed
The ping isn't terrible, game should be playable
But overall its pretty mediocre internet.
It's really just "okay". If you are the only one gaming on it, it shouldn't be a problem.

Speed isn't your problem, you're probably getting latency spikes. The only way to know for sure would be to use some sort of monitoring software or build a pfsense firewall (it has this function built in).
