Its not about failure. If it outputs voltage with lets say 25% difference from normal it can damage your components.
I once had to solve case where culprit was "850" Watt chinese PSU which did 0.3-0-5V difference on every rail.

This thing is so shit. There is a review on JohnnyGuru and it doesn't seem like the warlock power is even half decent. It's not cheap either, I think my cousing paid like 100$ for this pile of shit.
