>am3+ motherboard

>microatx

nope

>am3+ motherboard

Not in this universe.
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 or GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 , but i don't think you can oc that much

What about this doe

I might just get a full atx board and go caseless fuck it
Or just wait for zen

I have an Fx 8320e now, I just want to upgrade my motherboard from the shit one I have currently
>>54943057
No, it doesn't exist. All mATX AM3+ boards use a 760 chipset which is ancient.
>>54943173
Waiting for zen would certainly be the more logical choice if you absolutely *have* to have AMD. I say that as I eagerly await Bristol Ridge to replace my Kaveri desktop and ULV Trinity laptop.

Why bother?

>this kills the eggplant
Alright then for 990fx or 970; asrock, gigabyte, msi or Asus? I kind of know it's all the same shit different asshole but still

>I kind of know it's all the same shit different asshole but still
If you're going to be overclocking then no it isn't. 990fx and look at how the power regulation is on each mobo. You can find reviews that will explain it in detail. Read the reviews and look at the power regulation, brand loyalty is pointless.
>>54943659
just buy a cheap 970 board since AM3+ is a dead platform and it's not like you will ever be reusing the board again.

I'm on a different socket, but it's a micro with 4 slots. This isn't really all that rare.
>ASRock 970M Pro3 (90-MXGXE0-A0UAYZ)
>ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 (90-MIBG70-G0EAY00Z)
>Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev. 4.1
>Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev. 5.0

I read the reviews for those and they're abysmal
No AM3+ microATX board motherboard can handle any real overclocking of those 8 core chips. There is a reason why the 9590 and 9370 pull over 200w.
