I've been using the default ones and no, they don't fall off but you have like three more with varied sizes to choose from anyway.
From my experience the Piston 3s feel neutral with plenty of soundstage and don't isolate much, you can still hear someone talking next to you while the Piston Hybrids have more emphasis on the bass and treble (maybe i'm biased though, i'm a treble fan) the music feels compressed inside your head and they isolate like a "fuck you" to everything on your surroundings, perfect if you want to be hit by a car.
I haven't been here for some time.
