Is there a bulk image downloading program that downloads all images from a URL, but can also check for new images and only downloads the new ones?

You could always break out Emacs and modify that Perl script, or do some wget magic and download the entire thing, or maybe even run an empty search and it returns all the images in the database in a single page then you can save the page and Mozilla will save all the images for me.
