I would recommend waiting for the non-founders edition 1080s, or see if you can get 2-980 Tis once the 1070 drops.
Titan Z is pretty much either on par or greatly below the 1080 on a lot of games.

I figured the titan z would be slower. it was mostly just for the e peen factor. Two RX 480s also looks pretty sweet.
