this guy is probably a little more accurate. it appears to have been a coordinated scheme to suck in venture capital, as many bio-techs are (Vital Therapies is another one that comes to mind). it probably started with her actually thinking she could accomplish her idea and some investors who were willing to gamble, and as she talked more and more the money kept coming in so the initial investors kept quiet, with the goal of eventually taking the company public.
she, of course, will be the scapegoat with her jewish seed capital walking off into the dark, but such is the nature of deals with satan.
