Why does C# have the most god-awful dependency doctrine I've ever seen? I'm trying to write an IRC client, but I can't find out how to compile the fucking libraries for it into DLL's and into MonoDevelop. What the fuck am I supposed to do with the source code for the thing?

How do I compile this goddamn thing so I can use it?
