Would this be reliable enough for regular desktop usage? It's a SanDisk Ultra II 960GB drive, looking to upgrade from my aging and rather filled 120GB Crucial M4 from years ago. The speed is primarily used for games with slow ass loading times and regular OS stability/speed.
go for it. Its getting to the point where if you aren't using any forms of raid, the average reliability of SSDs are actually great.

Cool, I was just curious because some no name brands are horribly unreliable and I wasn't sure if SanDisk was notorious for anything.

Stick with well known brands. I put one of those in my old laptop. Runs like a dream.

Sandisk is really good
ultra 2's are some of the best bangs for the buck you can get.
however, you shouldnt be spending over $170 for a 1tb ssd, especially an ultra2
