Indeed, the OS X version got infected with ransomware. The transmission team however quickly released an update that should remove the ransomware from your computer. Also they made sure their users would see a message in time before the ransom was activated. Even I, not a macfag, saw the message.

i use deluge its ok. rechecking torrents is a bit slow. Also does anyone know if there is a program that monitors your ip and if it detects any changes then it kills everything that is running instantly?
So like if im using a vpn and it somehow disconnects or i disconnect it manually then i want all programs to close. or even just for my wifi to automatically turn off.
