What's your designated OOP IDE?
It's hard to beat Visual Stupido, especially when it comes to debugging, but a couple of others give it the good ol' college try. I used Eclipse a fair bit a couple of years back and was surprised.

IntelliJ IDEA for Android development
Visual Studio Code for everything else

Jetbrains' IDEs are god-tier desu. I used to use VS for everything, but Jetbrains' stuff does everything better and integrates everything better up to deployment
I use Geany for all: Python, Java, C, C++ and Haskell.
