Wikipedia is invaluable for poor countries where there are only small or no libraries. You only need a phone to acces it and you can learn and become the guy who cures cancer because you had acces to information from your dirt road village, it doesnt matter if it is 100℅correct. It gives you access to information of which would be otherwise closed from you.
