Will probably have to hire a lawyer. Castle doctrine but there'll be a court case to prove the dead SWAT team is from self defense.

I have standard SWAT-issued gear and my opponent is some weird 20-something kid sitting with his pants down and his computer open to what appears to be a Laotian carpet-trading forum that has an obsession with a fat toe gunk-eating bearded woman. All I have to do is call him a fucko and tell him to step away from his Thinkpad. I think I'm fine.

For those who have FDE set up, do you have a key you use at boot or a password? Is it even possible to have both. I'm considering doing it with some externals for my personal data but I don't want to lose the key and never get them back.
>>
>>54863632
FDE is usually set up with LUKS, which supports up to 8 keys, of which you could set up 1 to be a password

Excuse me, mister SWAT police officer. I would just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as a "HEAVY BLACK LAPTOP", is in fact, a Thinkpad X60 computer, in which the FSF installed a free initialization program (libreboot) and a free operating system (Trisquel GNU/Linux.) This is the first computer model ever to be sold commercially with a free initialization program and a free operating system, and thus the first computer product the FSF could endorse.
Trisquel GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux, is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “Linux”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project. There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use.
Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called “Linux” distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

Huh, I didn't know that. So I make a USB key that I'm ready to wipe at any second and a password. Problem solved.

Is there /g/ vpn list?

I am looking for paid vpn. I am not doing anything fishy, just for security.

What bother me.

Lets say that there is a B country where posting pic of 70yo woman is illegal.

Now if live in country A and I post 70yo woman using vpn with servers in country B.

They are going after me?

As if you'll get the chance to 'wipe' a flash drive when you're told to get on the ground. Your best bet would be to have a micro SD in a reader on a necklace/whatever those key things around your neck are called.

When you inevitable get fucko'd for kiddie porn you can snap the sd card and claim it broke while you were being manhandled by swat

If they don't announce themselves, I'm diving for the LAR Grizzly-15 w/32 shot clip and the Taurus PT 24/7 and shooting anything that moves 'cause home invasions happen all the time out this way; shit ain't no joke.

If they announce themselves as some form of law enforcement I'm not worried, at worst case they'll find a few evil access point scripts for kali.
>>
>>54864122
And? Do you need to use it for more than casual webbrowsing?
>>
>>54864146
I'd probably use it for all data, torrents etc.

I guess I could namespace it so steam doesn't gay up my shit and use all the data too.
