1. Depends on how good air flow your case has.
2. PCIE(the slot that your card plugs into) offers a lot of bandwidth, more than the card needs because of this more data can be sent over PCIE. Also AMD lets you Crossfire cards from different vendors. If you buy a RX480 from AMD or MSI or Sapphire or....anyone you ca crossfire them. The cards must be of the same architecture also. So if you buy a RX-480 you should be able to CF with a RX-490(if they make it) How ever you might not be able to CF with Vega.
