Does this work?
No. Those are either four wireless modems or you've neglected the modem entirely.
The correct layout is pole > modem > a series of wireless access points.

To over simplify it, no, you'd be better served by having one modem route to three other WiFi routers. Also, >>>/wsr/ next time, they won't call you an idiot. Lastly, you're an idiot, go away.
They are wireless routers actually connected to the incoming DSL phone cable.

But in each room is only a DSL/phone connection port so they cannot be connected otherwise.

You can't have multiple DSL modems on the same phone line.

I guess I will need to install a modem to the incoming line then. But does a modem exist which will spread the DSL connections to the Routers so that I can still connect into the DSL port? Because that's how the wiring goes in the house.

Run your own wires.
You could try powerline networking. Works better on newer houses.

The DSL wires are already inside the walls so I cannot replace them. I kind of need to make use of the DSL ports mounted on the walls in order to avoid having wires on the floor around the house or nailing new wires onto the walls which would look ugly. There is a box where the isp line comes in, where all the wires going into the rooms are connected together.
