afaik, cache hit ratio are measured, not calculated.
It varies based on data and code.

Average access time of L1 cache = average hit time + (miss rate * average access time of L2 cache)

you cant really calculate it if you just have the sizes of the caches, it will depend on what kind of memory accesses you do.
