We use both Pajeets and Poles at my company, and whereas the Pajeets are fucking obtuse and infuriating, if you explain them calmly why your request is following the company policies, they'll do it fast.
The Poles don't understand basic English, and they usually answer almost everything by trying the "out of scope" card. If you can get their manager it'll be done fast and proper, though.
