The majority of those are tenants my team seems to follow - though not the flat structure, as we have a TD doubling as a manager because he's damn good at both.
Some things - like expecting the needs or specs to change, or YAGNI - are standard philosophies though.
This makes it seem like "Extreme Programming" is yet another buzzword for managers to extole.
