Buy a new keyboard or laptop. Those keys are a bitch to remove for proper cleaning and the keyboard itself is usually a layer sandwich of shit.

Compressed air and a vacuum cleaner. You won't get it all, but at leas you tried.

Is that an Acer brand laptop? Mine looks the same except for the ENTER key.

I use to clean my keyboard with a vacuum cleaner but stopped the process after it pulled up several the keys. I now use a brush on a regular basis to remove the dust build-up.
