>What are you talking about AMD has bad drivers is a meme
>They fixed it trust me!
>>54835190
Dude they'll never fix it. I've had this issue for nearly a year.
>>54835190
Your ire should be directed at the OS, just saying.
>>54835221
>tfw my both leltop with intel hd 520 & hd4600 crashed everytim.
wat do ?
At least it didnt break your card like nvidias drivers
>>54835190
nice unstable overclock fag
>>54835190
Yeah their drivers are shit. Should have bought nvidia when you had the chance lad.
>>54835190
My 760 kept giving me that shit until newer drivers came out. Your point being?
>>54835190
>AMD linux drivers don't even support their latest generation of GPUs anymore
meanwhile the free drivers do
topkek
AMD HAS NO DRIVERS
>>54835468
What do you expect from a dying company
>>54835190
D-DELETE THIS
That could be caused by several other factors, mainly a shitty PSU.
It's always the fucking PSU.
I've had this happen to my Nvidia GPU a handful of times
>>54835190
But how can driver crash, if AMD never made drivers?
>1444708610792.png
g-guys please can we have a circlejerk about how great nvidia is?
I had cards form all manufacturers within the last 2 years. I am currently on GTX960.
Nvidia drivers crash the most.
AMD drivers crash too but not as often, but they suffer from many other bugs.
Intel is the only one that is stable all times.
>>54835190
Daily life of AMDrone
>use Nvidia card
>use Windows 10
>blue screens on desktop
>reinstall drivers
>blue screens on desktop
>downgrade to windows 8
>reinstall drivers
>get to desktop
>launch game
>driver locks
>GPU gets above 100c, catches fire.
>use AMD card
>use windows 10 once again
>get to desktop
>launch game
>it works.
>>54835403
these autodesk drivers seem to be a massive problem for amd. it's not the first time i've seen someone complaining about it and i'm actually surprised amd haven't fixed them yet especially since its been a recurring problem for a few years now. if you were using these types of complex software why would you buy amd anyway. autodesk, Adobe products etc all can take advantage of CUDA so nvidia will be the obvious choice to anyone that doesn't have a fanboy brain. it's really his fault for buying a second rate gpu from a second rate company.
>>54836070
Who are you quoting?
>>54836428
It's a green text story, you /g/tard
>>54835190
This has nothing to do with AMD and everything to do with Windows 10.
>>54836517
>>54835190
This is not about drivers nor Windows 10. Your card is dying. If this continue to happen, either raise a voltage a little bit, or pick a replacement.
>>54835190
Had the same with a 780ti when it was working @ high load. This was obviously a hardware defect, got it replaced. They gave me a 980 as a replacement card so I even dodged the 7xx downgrade BS nvidia pulled off.
Your card is dying, retard.
>>54837945
Not necessarily, especially if he's got R9 380
>>54837945
>>54837756
Retards
>>54835190
>Had similar issue with HD7870 after Windows 10 upgrade
>Always crashing
>Take time to experiment
>Realize it only crashes with Facebook open in Chrome
>Realize it's Chrome's implementation of Flash
>Switch back to Firefox and Adobe Flash
>No issues since
Please go get a nVidia card, OP. Much easier way to weed the idiots out.
>>54835190
>Own 560Ti
>Driver crashes watching youtube
>"Fix" released
>It crashes less often but it still happens
The way it's meant to be played :^)
>>54835468
>free drivers
I want to remind you that "free" AMD drivers contain binary blobs.
>>54838625
Trust me, I killed two cards with my overclocking experiments. This is one of the symproms.
I think I see this issue more often on nvidia cards than AMD. People constantly complain about this problem on windows from both vendors
Tbh i went from nVidia to AMD because nVidia would crash every 2 hrs, driver update did nothing, been on AMD 6 months now, drivers havent crashed yet
>>54838664
>can't use one of the most used sites on a well known browser with ADM drivers
How the fuck is this acceptable you retard?
>>54838779
It's also a symptom of Windows 10. The driver crashed on me with my old 7790, I though the GPU was near the end of it's life, but I managed to recreate the crash on the Intel gpu.
My i7-6700HQ laptop does the same thing occasionally.
>>54835468
That's because AMD dropped proprietary drivers in favor of contributing to the libre drivers
>>54838779
I OC'd my card and it's coming back to haunt me, it's bretty spooky, guys.
>>54835190
I've been using AMD for almost two years now and I've never seen this happen
>>54835339
shhhhh, this is the designated AMD bashing thread. no facts allowed here.
