I want a very good Windows 7 pc for gaming, film editing.
What requirements would I need?
I found a shop that still makes up Windows 7's and need to tell them what I want put together.

Why not build it yourself? It's literally legos and applying thermal paste.
There is also logicalincrements for your needs. With that budget I would go Nvidia for sure.
Also regarding Windows 7, keep these two things in mind:
-It's increasingly harder to get updates without it being forced into installing 10.
-Some games definitely take advantage of dx12, let us hope vulkan fights it hard. Some even have issues under older versions of Windows than 10, this might be intentional (fucking SFV).
That said I understand why literally every person on earth would prefer 7. I was thinking of going back myself.
