First gen representing. I've replaced the ear piece, battery, added wireless charging, unlocked the boot loader and currently running cm13 falcon. Regretfully looking for something similar to upgrade too because the 1gb of ram just isn't cutting it anymore.

Cyanogenmod password on boot encryption. I forgot to turn on airplane mode before rebooting and it perma bootloops now. I can't do anything with adb to reflash it either because cm recovery can't authorize it.. It's literally a paperweight now.

Using a 3rd Gen moto /g/ 1gb ram, 8gb internal storage, 8gb SD card. Payed $105 for it. I have no idea what people do on their phones that this thing isn't good enough for.
