What went wrong from XP to vista?
Nothing. The real question is what went wrong from Windows 8 to Windows 10?

Touch-screen laptops became the new fad. And so to compensate, windows made 8 in order to utilize their full functionality.
I have one of those touch-screen laptops, and it has windows 8.1 on it. I would never think of putting it on my main rig, but for my laptop it does it's job perfectly.

What went wrong from yys2 to yys3?
I think that the true question we should all be asking is, "What went wrong from 3.11 to 95?"
Clusterfuckery for mixing tablet os and desktop os. I hope you guys are not using 8 or 10 on your basement rig.

The botnet became obvious.
>>54827761
Forget about the botnet meme and it's still the worst operating system they've ever come out with.
>>54827567
I almost thought it was a reference to maki instead of kyoko.
Isn't both equally good?
>>54831061
No, 8's better

It's probably like that one guy said. Middle management wanted to be able to design the interface in PowerPoint, so that's what they did.
