I don't know how that for there really. I know for a fact I wouldn't even try to download PS as I don't edit images at all.
Click "cmd", in cmd type "control panel" & hit enter. Look through programs + features list, see if it appesrs there, likely not, in which case open task manager through control panel. Go to more details, start up tab, disable any unknown programs. Go back to the list of running promgrams in task manager, loom for the one that you don't recognise, right click, open file location, remove the .bat or .exe in that file location, reboot.
