Is there a solution to frame-pacing/ micro-stutter issues on PC? I've been plagued with these issues and it's near impossible to find a solution due to all the casuals either not noticing issues like this, or mis-terming issues like 'lag'. I can run games at 120fps but they appear to be running at worse than 30 due to this (what I believe to be) frame-pacing issue.

I hear G-Sync somehow isn't a catch all solution to an issue like this, otherwise I'd be tempted to just buy one of those monitors.

Can somebody please tell me how to solve this issue, it's killing me having all this power resulting in fuck-all because of frame-pacing fucking up.

By throwing money at the problem.

If your custom loop 1080 can keep your fps locked at 60, there will be no microstutter.

In one particular game, it can run way above 60 all the time (which stutters like fuck). I turn on v-sync and it hovers around 58-60, and stutters. It's embarrassing.

VSYNC IS NOT A FRAMERATE LOCKER, the reason it's stutters is BECAUSE you were going over 60/30, VSYNC just discards the extra frames and you stutter. Get a framerate limiter like rivatuner instead, set it to your upper limit, ditch v-sync and never look back.
