800 minus libraries is a lot of programs still. It's pointless asking "what should I install", I would say Jack, cadence, ardour, renoise, lv2 plugins. if=/dev/fb0 means the input file is your frame buffer
bs=1M is a blocksize of 1 megabyte
count=1 means it writes a 1MB block using /dev/fb0 as the input
of=/dev/sda means the output file is /dev/sda, which means you wrote your frame buffer to the first 1MB of your hard drive.
I don't know if your partition map is fine or not. In the worst case scenario your data is all still there, but you'll have to back it all up using a recovery tool because your partitions are fucked. In the best case you'll just have to reinstall your bootloader using a live USB or something.
