That's the one I have, I did a review a while back but suffice it to say I was severely disappointed.
Build quality was nice and I had no problems with connectivity but that's where the positives end. The sound is weak, it's not only very quiet but poorly handles bass and some mids are kind of muddled.
I don't know if you can charge a phone with it but you'd need a micro USB to micro USB cable and a power bank is better anyway for such a purpose.
A recommendation though depends on your intended use. I think it wouldn't be too bad if you plan to listen to podcasts in the kitchen or something because the voices and maybe non bass intensive jazz would sound decent on it but I'd say splurge a little more for a real speaker if you have the space and don't need the portability.

There isn't, there used to be one but Xiaomi closed it some years ago. There is a AliExpress store posing as Xiaomi's Official Store (selling fakes most likely) but the moment you click on the seller it changes the name.
