Then the A8 APU I mentioned is the perfect choice. An i3 will cost twice as the A8 and have a shit iGPU. The iGPU can be used for hardware acceleration (ie photoshop). It can also be used to play most modern vydia at medium- high 720p settings too.

Also the A8 iGPU has almost the same performance as an R7 250.
